Below is the interim Membership Form for the 2020-21 year.

As we haven’t had the AGM yet to ratify the subscription prices, these may change. If so, we will contact you about any adjustments.

Please print out the form and fill it out and return it to us with your latest contact details – probably best to send an email to the Treasurer Steve Holgate with a photo of the completed form attached and advise the amount you have paid via internet banking so that we can marry it all up – his email is on the membership form.

Weekly Club Nights via Zoom Meetings while in Lockdown…

Howdy, after the Committee managed to get successful Zoom video conference meeting going today, we have decided to run a 30-40 minute Club Meeting via Zoom on a Wednesday night at 8pm while we are in Lockdown.

Zoom meetings can be joined from your smart phone or iPad/tablet, but I think you have to download the Zoom app first. From your PC you obviously need a webcam so we can see you and a microphone and speaker (or a headset), so a laptop would probably be your best bet. (Please allow all pop up messages where Zoom wants to use your microphone & camera, obviously!!)Also consider your surroundings, we don’t really want to hear & see the rest of your family, and they probably don’t want to hear us either!
Please test your video & audio settings prior to the meeting starting, if you can, as video & audio setting permissions usually have to be allowed before you can have the full experience.
Format will be a bit loose to start with – the first 10 minutes will be a ‘welcome period’ ensuring everyone has joined and has their audio & video working, and then we will do a brief meeting agenda refresh and then into it.
If you have audio or video issues during the meeting, please don’t try and interrupt the meeting for everyone else trying to resolve it, I can work with you one-on-one afterwards to go through some troubleshooting steps to sort it out…
